I realised I haven't been blogging much on TVB stuff, as though I blog much la on TVB. But this recent show on TVB, Swipe Tap Love really caught me by surprise especially the cute kid and the star of the show, a dog named 009. How cute is the dog and the kid? Check these out.

I gonna miss 009.

I wouldn't say the drama is the best out of TVB so far. But definately worth watching as I like how the current smartphone technology is weaved into the storyline with whatsapp as one of the main communication tool used between the characters in the drama.I would not dwell much on the story and the actors and actresses but I love the interaction between the dog 009 and Yau Yau. And how smart TVB to name the dog 009 which literally translate into dog in Cantonese.

Just found out the real name of 009 is Dior. If you ask me, 009 sounds cooler.

The Return of the Triangel

So..the reason I have been absent from blogging is because I am currently hooked on the newest TVB drama, Triumph in the Skies 2. I was and still a die hard fan of the first drama and not forgetting the theme song sung by Eason Chan. Being me, who had little knowledge of the chinese words, I can actually memorize and sing the whole song. The theme song has changed to an older sound in the part 2 but nonetheless I still enjoy the drama  or maybe more like enjoy watching Chilam in it, haha! Every time he appears, I would be like 'He is so good looking' and repeated the phrase throughout the whole hour.

So ..I am waiting whether the famous Triangel doll will reappear in the series as I had one of the doll from my Italy trip last time.

Two writeup in a day..hmmm just feel like writting this since I am actually hooked on watching this TVB re-run series on Astro entitled 'Triumph in the Skies' which was a story on pilots and they had many scenes in Rome and Hokaiddo.

In fact, the reason I wanted to go to Rome so much during my first Europe trip back in 2008 was because of this show. And my brother even went gaga over a Triangel (a doll made popular in the series which initially belong to Flora Chan). We saw one of these 'angels'/dolls while walking around in Venice and bought one home. I still think the Triangel in the series looks much better.

The Triangel originated from a famous Italian allusion. In the times of ancient Rome, there was a kindhearted lady falling in love with a young man who was witched to be indifferent to the lady. The lady was so depressed and sit in front of the window crying day and night. Finally, her love had touched the Gods. They sent the Triangel to the lady which could make the witch appear in front of the young man. The young man realized that his true love was the lady and they had fallen in love again!

Now, in Italy, girls like to place their Triangels in their rooms and let the Triangels bless them.

All about TVB

The fact that I love watching TVB series is a well known fact to all my close friends. Those genre that I love most is mo hup with all the brotherhood and secret kung fu sect. One of my all time favourite is Legend of Condor Heroes, the 82 version. Damn crazy bout that series when I was just only 10 watching it.

And my obsession with Lam Fung also is not a secret. Imagine I even went for his concert in Genting last few months even I didnt get a room to stay over. I had to resort sleeping around Starbucks and going into casino to pass the night away but listening to his singing live was worth!! :). It all started with Survivor Laws, the first series I watched with him in. In fact I think the character he acted was the dream guy for all girls..knitting in the park!!..awwww ..speaking of that I must rewatch the series.

Anyway if Lam Fung is my favourite TVB star, who is the actress that I love most.....
She's none other than Yeung Yi.. we shared the same name..both also Ah Yi and now the same hairstyle..XD

My top five favourites would be such:

1. Raymond Lam
Favourite series is of course Survivor Law, Eternal Happiness, The Last Breakthrough

2. Yeung Yi
She's the main reason I watched Moonlight Resonance. Find that she is really pretty in ancient series

3. Steven Ma
Again he's good in ancient series ..Safe Guards and Gentle Crackdown 2

4. Wayne Lai
He's good in Rosy Business and who can forget the unforgetable Pig in Journey to the West

5. Moses Chan
He should act more in comedy. So funny in Gentle Crackdown
